When it comes to making an lasting impression, personal branding begins with how you present yourself. And whether you’re an executive, a creative, or an entrepreneur, good personal branding photography makes you instantly recognizable, trustworthy, and memorable — all of which can lead to more clients, higher perceived value, and stronger connections with your audience.

As a Rhode Island-based photographer, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many talented professionals. Today, I’m highlighting five of my clients who truly embraced the process — and walked away with images that speak volumes about who they are and what they do.

1. Nancy Burger - Keynote Speaker | Executive Coach | Founder, The Fear Finding Project

Nancy came to me looking for elevated branding images for her new website, updated headshots, and speaker photos. In our consultation, we discussed creating imagery that reflect her approachable, dynamic, and emotionally accessible personality. Her warmth and thoughtfulness shine through in every image — qualities that make her such an impactful speaker and coach. You can find her here: https://nancyrburger.com/.

2. Nelson Taylor - Founder & Managing Partner of The Blackstone Team at COMPASS Real Estate | Writer | Citizen DETECTIVE

Nelson wears many hats, so he needed three distinct sets of images to represent him. One set showcased his work as a real estate broker, another captured him as a writer, and the third reflected his more serious role as a citizen crime detective. Using varied outfits, lighting, and poses, we created unique visual identities for each facet of his work.

3. Jennifer Massotti - Managing Partner - Barrington Books | Design Consultant

As a designer, Jennifer wanted images that spoke to her style and her current stage of her life. Her session co-incided with a milestone birthday so we ended her session by celebrating her with a birthday cupcake shot. After receiving her final images, Jennifer asked, “Is it weird that I keep looking at the photos in disbelief that they’re actually me? They are truly humbling in the best possible way, and capture all sides of my quirky nature. Thank you for your professionalism, your knack for making me feel comfortable throughout the process, and your mad skills with the camera.”

4. Kira Greene – Real Estate Market Leader

This was my fifth session with Kira, and each time she brings a new vision to the table. For this round, she wanted a clean, fresh, and strong look—images that not only felt polished but also carried a creative edge. We played with different lighting and styling to give her portraits a modern yet approachable energy, perfectly aligning with the direction her brand is moving in.

4. Kylee Rodrigues - Visual Storyteller | Graphic Designer

For Kylee’s branding session, we chose a clean white background to keep the focus entirely on her — creating timeless, versatile images she can use across her website, social media, and marketing. The simplicity of the backdrop allows her personality and professionalism to shine through, making the portraits adaptable for everything from speaking engagements to press features.

Kylee was such a joy to work with — confident, fun, and clear in her vision. Together, we created a collection of images that not only serve her branding needs now but will continue to support her as her career evolves.
