The setup blends seamlessly into high-end venues. Guests are guided through the experience individually, so even the most camera-shy person walks away with a portrait they're genuinely proud of.
Every guest receives a finished 4×6 print the night of the event. A private gallery is delivered within three (3) business days, with the option to purchase digital images, prints, and Gallery wall art.

Every experience includes setup and breakdown, guided posing for each guest, one finished 4×6 portrait print per guest the night of the event, and a private gallery delivered within three (3) business days for your guests to purchase digital images, prints, and gallery wall art.

Guests may purchase digital images from their private gallery after the event. Standard portrait pricing begins at $300 per image — the rate below is exclusive to event guests.

Hi, I'm Steph.
I've spent over 25 years photographing people — and the thing I care about most isn't the technical side. It's making sure the person in front of my camera actually enjoys being there.
The Portrait Suite started because I wanted to bring that same feeling to events. A real portrait experience, not a novelty. Something guests would leave with and still want to look at a year later.

What does it cost?
Experiences begin at $3,500 for two hours and include one finished portrait print per guest.
What do guests actually walk away with?
Every guest receives a finished 4×6 black-and-white print the night of the event — without a long wait and no app download.
A private post-event gallery is also delivered within 2 business days with the option to purchase additional images.
How many guests can you photograph?
It depends on how long you book and how many guests you have — we'll figure out the right coverage together.
As a general guide, two hours works well for up to 40–50 guests with a natural event flow.
What space do you need?
A 10×12-foot area near a wall outlet and wifi. The setup is designed to blend into the venue — no cluttered equipment or obvious booth structure. Just a light and a backdrop and a table.
What kinds of events is this right for?
Weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate events, galas, holiday parties, and private gatherings. If you want your guests to leave with something meaningful, it fits.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Based in East Providence, Rhode Island. Available throughout New England and beyond — travel fees may apply.
